Hedgehogs are not porcupines and Lizards are not Crocodiles because they look alike. If God had wanted us to be equal to Blacks and Arabs he would have created all of uniform color and intellect. But he created us differently. Whites, Blacks, Yellow, The rulers and the ruled. Intellectually we are superior than Blacks and Arabs. That has been proven beyond the reasonable doubt over the years. I believe that a White man is honest, God fearing person who has demonstrated practically the right way of being a human. By now every one of us has seen it practically that Blacks and Arabs cannot rule themselves. Give them gun and they will kill each other. They are good in nothing else but making noise, dancing, marrying many wives, alcoholism, witchcraft, indulging in sex, pretending in church, jealously, fighting and complaining of nonsense. Their only main concern (which according to me is stupidity of the highest magnitude) is the same sex marriages. They keep pointing fingers to us, we the west, that we have legalized it in our countries, and that we always outspokenly support gay people around the world. And because they always foolishly want to demonstrate their ignorance, hatred and fear about the subject, some of them have even enacted harsh laws to condemn their own gays citizens. This shows that beyond illusions and doubt, what people do with their own bodies is African main concern. I hear they even strip their women publicly. Let us all accept that fact the Black man is a symbol of poverty, mental inferiority, laziness and emotional incompetence. To make the matter worse, he can do everything possible to defend his stupidity. Give them money for development and they will fight and created hatred and enmity for themselves. Drill oil wells for them and they will not have peace all the days of their life. See, for instance, what’s happening in Nigeria, Southern Sudan, Malawi, the so-called Democratic Republic of Congo just to mention a few. This proves to anybody including a stupid fool that Africans do not know what they want. Isn’t that plausible? Therefore that the white man is created to rule the Black man, African will always have day dreams. And here is the creature (Blackman) that lacks foresight but only sees what is near him and still fails to know what to do. A Black man is stupid to the extent that he cannot plan for his life beyond a year. Therefore how can they develop and live longer? Corruption in west (and China) is a big abomination but in Africa, it’s so huge that it is slowly becoming an acceptable way of life. They sing and rejoice to their corrupt political leaders. They worship their scandal-ridden religious leaders like their gods. Lest you forget, these so-called Africans are praising, dancing, praying for the people that have impoverished them, and who comes to hide their loot here. Then which fool argues that the Blackman is not born beggar, looks a beggar, fall sick as a beggar and dies as beggar, this has been proven beyond reasoning. I wonder why even up to now most Africans still go to school by force and those who are at school are just drug addicts who don’t know what took them there. This is a pregnant stupidity in Africa that needs Jesus’ immediate second coming. The body of African is a very fertile ground for all diseases in the world because they don’t fear even HIV/AIDs. This leaves me with question: Are our eyes created the same with those Africans…? I hear there are still cultures in Africa that prohibit them from using latrines which is very annoying. They cried for independence but have failed to rule themselves. For sure being African is a very untreatable disease that even prayers are not enough. They have minerals but they cannot do anything with it. Therefore, let us (whites) go to Africa and pick what we can pick and leave what is with no use. Poverty is a disease to the whites but to the blacks it’s very normal. The worst tragedy in Africa is that if you dare stand up and speak up for what’s right, you may end up regretting. The few wise and open-minded Africans who have tried to educate these fools about civilization have met the worst. They have been pushed hard on the wall, they have been silenced and others have been killed. It’s not fair to anyone pretending not to know about the African partition since the Berlin conference that led to arbitrary demarcation of borders to that occurred disruption,collapse and split of Ethnic groups, clans, families and probably households and without consensus got identified with new country they were annexed to. And, the former Congo Belge currently Democratic Republic of Congo was not exceptional.

To illustrate with some examples alongside, nine (9) countries relatively have the same Ethnic groups and clans located in DRC as well as in these nine neighboring countries:

1. TUTSI: Found in Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Rwanda, and DRC on bordering territory of (North & South Kivu).

2. BASHI: Found on the territory of Sud-Kivu (DRC) & Rwandan Island in Lac Kivu (NKOMBO).

3. NANDE: Found on territory of North- Kivu and Uganda.

4. LUR & KAKWA: Found on the territory of Ituri (DRC), Uganda &South Sudan.

5. YOBE: Found in the territory of Bas-Congo (DRC),Gabon,Cong Brazza &Cabinda in Angola.

6. TCHOKWE: Found on the territory of Katanga, Kassai-Oriental, Bandundu (DRC) as well as Angola.

7. LUNDA: Found on the territory of Katanga (DRC) and Angola.

8. YAKA: Found on the territory of Bandundu (DRC) in Angola.

9. MANIANGA: Found in DRC as well as Congo Brazza.

10. BEMBA: Found on the territory of Katanga (DRC) and Zambia.

11. YAKOMA: Found on the territory of DRC and Central-African Republic.

12. TEKE-HUMBU: Ancient Empire constituted of DRC-GABON-CONGO BRAZZA

13. SALAMPASU: Found on the territory of LUISA (DRC) as well as Angola.

14. Alongside the Congo River, is inhabited by various ethnic groups among others Balolo, Lukolela up to BOMONGO having all affinity with Ethnic groups found in Congo Brazza.

To the far away side, the sameness pattern is observed:

*Luo ethnic group are found in Kenya and South-Sudan.

*Massai: Are found in Kenya and Tanzania.

*Teso: Found in Kenya and Uganda.

*Meru: Found in Kenya and Tanzania

*ORIYA: Found in Kenya and Somali

*Nuer: Found in Ethiopia and South-Sudan

*Borana: Found in Ethiopia and Kenya, etc. to mention few.

To this regards, it’s very important to mention that unlike geographical point of view, ethnic identity groups in both sides still idem in accordance to their kinship background.

One of the examples as taken randomly is of Teso of Kenya and Uganda who shares everything (ties) related to their cultural tradition, historical events and ceremonial occasions. Although demarcated geographically, they not at all face any kind of interference in celebrating their identity and relational belongingness around their traditional chief living in Uganda which is not the case for Tutsis.

Alike many other ant-Tutsi sentimentalists such as the former 1st DRC vice transitional president Mr ABDOULLAH Yerodia NDOMBASI (2004) cruelly, said that “Tutsi” is a venomous snake to be exterminated in DRC. Out there, followed by his disciples as one of them randomly sorted, Mr KAKULE from Nande tribe, as social media user, too, used this position (media use) to anchor hatred and discriminatory propaganda saying that “Tutsis” should not pretend to be one among nations of DRC merely because they have relationship with Rwandans. While callously holding this, he couldn’t remember that as other NANDE tribe, he is originated from Uganda.

Here then, is the question mostly racking our mind is:

*Who doesn’t know that African demarcation has caused disruption, separation as well as collapse of local community and ethnic Identity groups particularly Tutsi ethnic minority?

*Why the ant-Tutsi sentimentalists still jeopardize the situation on our homeland and reach to this level in the eyes of the world?

*Why most DRC Bantu are xenophobic against Nilotic and Tutsi in particular?

*Doe any one born with land/soil from his/her mother’s womb?

*Why for long time ago in DRC conflict entrepreneurs among others Politicians and Religious people usually use identity differences as weapons or tools for achieving their own interests and yet not pursued by law?. Are some people above the law of the country?

*Why at least those reputed to be the 1st inhabitants of DRC (Pygmies) is not the one starting hostility or segregation against new settlers annexed from neighboring countries as mentioned above instead of so-called xenophobic Bantu?

*Until when shall we sit in gloomy silence? Etc.

Dear brothers, our country is naturally and economically very rich, unfortunately very poor in its social harmony. And we are quite sure that this has no relationship with the presence of Tutsi in DRC but lack of social as well as geo-political integrity and sense of humanity and that’s obvious…Who can dare blame it on Tutsi while no one ever since has ruled DRC before and after Independence(30thjune 1960 to date ) despite the support from the Great Pan-Africanist King of King Emperor Haile Selassie and Great Pan-Africanist and African model Socialist HE Julius KAMBARAGE Nyelele?

*Why in turn, the existing regimes welcomed local and foreigner militias purposely to exterminate Tutsi in DRC?

*Until when Tutsi will be banned from free movement and doing freely his business his own country?

At any rate we are confident as Congolese in nature (Jus sole as well as Jus sanguinis) and by legitimacy specifically enacted through the national law Universal Declaration of Human Right in general and particularly in its adoption through the United Nations General Assembly under resolution of 47/135 on 18th December 1992 where The same General Assembly underlines its main goals as United Nations through its charter emphasizing encouragement and human right promotion and freedom for all regardless race, sex, language, religion, etc.

***Coming to the article 2 paragraph 2 of the declaration***The minority groups have also right to create and manage their own associations*** They, without any kind of discrimination have right for establishment of relationship and staying in contact with others sharing commonalities (culture, national origin, historical background, language, religion, etc.) within and out of the country.

We are then hereby, let you keep in mind that it’s always very difficult for one social group or tribes to be free at the expense of others (especially Tutsi) within the our country. Thus, the time and energy you spend in digging pits for burying us should be used for our development with our abundant natural resources and become rich as other counties around the world do. If not dear brothers, you may find yourselves in those pits. Additionally for your information, we are all one and sacred nation achievingly indivisible as said the Famous Black American egalitarian and Right activist Mr Martin Luther King that:”We must learn to live together as brothers or die together as fools”  

In our conclusion,we would like to mention the following:

1. We are calling upon the DRC Government and International humanitarian Agencies to attach more attention to our suspense and adopt protective measures for our sake so that the darkness gloomed in Rwanda 1994 may not entangle us here in DRC.

2.We are strongly concerned of what some religious men such as Bishop Timothy BODIKA, Bishop Joseph MUKUNGUBILA and others pretending preaching messiah news under the guise if escalating hatred and ant-Tutsi sentiments among believer congoleses.

3. We also call upon Bantu Identity group vested of humanity to give value to what is useful for them and others and pre-empt their heinous and discriminatory drives and accept living diversity peacefully as it’s the only way to survive in this God Given Cradle “The beautiful country Democratic Republic of Congo” ever and ever.

*POURQUOI SEULEMENT LES TUTSI DU CONGO?*

D’aucun n’ignore que le découpage de l’Afrique n’avaient pas tenu compte de l’intégrité ethnique aux niveau des frontières. Certaines ethnies, clans, voir même, familles, ce sont retrouvés séparés et projetés de part et d’autre de frontières respectives. C’est ainsi qu’il existe des ethnies à cheval sur plusieurs pays limitrophes.

La RDC, avec ses 9 pays limitrophes, n’a pas été une exception.
Je vais essayer de citer quelques tribus ou ethnies qui se trouvent de part et d’autre des frontières de la RDC avec ses pays voisins, sans pour autant prétendre effectuer une étude exhaustive:

1. *TSHOKWE:* Ethnie établie au Katanga, au Kasaï-Occinental, au Bandundu, et *en Angola.*

2. *LUNDA:* Etablie au Katanga et *en Angola.*

3. *YAKA:* On les retrouve au Bandundu et *en Angola.*

4. *TUTSI:* On les retrouve au Nord Kivu, Sud Kivu et *au Rwanda* et *au Burundi.*

5. *YOMBE:* Etablie à la fois dans la Province du Bas-Congo en RDC, *au Gabon,* *au Congo Braza* et au *Cabinda en Angola.*

6. *NANDE:* On les retrouve au Nord Kivu et en *Uganda.*

7. *LUR et Kakwa:* Située en Ituri en RDC, *en Ouganda* et *au Soudan du Sud*.

8. *MANIANGA:* Etablies en RDC et *au Congo Braza*

9. *BEMBA:* Au Katanga et *en Zambie.*

10. *YAKOMA:* Vivant en RDC et *en Centrafrique.*

11. *SALAMPASU:* Originaires de Luiza en RDC et *d’Angola.*

12. *BASHI* Se retrouvent au Sud Kivu et au Rwanda voisin, sur les îles de Nkombo, dans le lac Kivu.

13. *TEKE-HUMBU:* l’histoire nous dit que l’empire Teke s’étendait de la RDC *au Gabon,* en passant par le *Congo Brazza*

14. Toutes les tribus le long du fleuve Congo, de Bolobo ,Lukolela jusqu’à Bomongo ont des affinités avec certaines ethnies du Congo Brazzaville.

Dans les pays voisins, la situation est la même. Nous pouvons citer, à titre d’exemple :

– *Le Luo* (Wajaluo) se trouvent au Kenya et au Soudan du Sud.

– *Le Maasai* se retrouvent au Kenya et en Tanzanie.

– *Les Teso* se trouvent au Kenya et en Uganda

– *Les Meru* se trouvent au Kenya et en Tanzanie.

– *Les Oriya* se trouvent au Kenya et en Somalie.

Ce qu’il faut retenir de cette énumération qui n’est pas exhaustive est que, malgré les découpages artifiels, les liens culturels entre certaines ethnies à cheval restent encore solides. Par exemple les Teso du Kenya-Uganda on un chef coutumier commun, qui se trouve du côté ugandais. Et tous les Teso (ugandais et kenyans) vont annuellement en Uganda pour les rites traditionnels autour de leur chef.

Dans tous ces exemples ci-haut cités, aucun tribu ou ethnie n’est taxé d’être étranger en RDC ou dans l’autre côté de la frontière, *excepté les Tutsi du Cingo.*
Les Kalunda du Congo ne sont jamais appelés angolais bien qu’ils aient leurs frères de sang en Angola. Les Bemba du Congo ne sont jamais appelés zambiens, bien qu’ils aient leurs frères de sang de l’autre côté de la frontière, en Zambie, etc.

La question que je me pause et de savoir, pourquoi, pourquoi seulement les tutsi ? Pourquoi la *”congolité”* des tutsi est devenus une épine dans la peau des autres tribus congolais ?

La fois dernière, un pseudonommé Kakule, Nande, à voulu épater les réseaux sociaux avec un texte mal informé, relatant l’histoire des tutsi congolais avec comme conclusion : _les tutsi ne doivent pas prétendre être congolais car venus du Rwanda._ Son exposé serait plus intéressant s’il avait introduit un paragraphe qui nous raconte comment les Nande sont aussi entrés au Congo en provenance de l’Uganda, où ils ont laissé leurs frères de sang, nande ugandais. Une analyse étalées sur plusieurs cas pourrait lui aider à tirer une conclusion un peu plus objective. Ce qui est sûr est que Kakule connais la vérité, mais il est aveuglé par la haine et la xénophobie.

Pourquoi cette haine chronique et quasi incurable contre la pauvre minaurité tutsi ?
Pourquoi cette haine morbide qui aveugle jusqu’à l’intelligence de certains grands politiciens intellectuels, sensés détenir la vérité sur l’anthropologie du pays et de la région ?
Pourquoi cette haine diabolique qui rend aveugle la foi des grands hommes de Dieu, sensé détenir tous les principes en rapport avec l’amour du prochain ?
Comment la dernière des minaurités, tutsi, qui ne représente rien en effectif, peut encombrer les esprits des tous les autres tribus ?

Le Congo est un pays grand et riche en ressources naturelles mais aussi economiquement pauvre.
Est-ce sont les tutsi qui sont responsables de la misère des congolais ?
Ils ne représentent rien dans le pouvoir du Congo: ils sont totalement absents dans le pouvoir judiciaire, absent dans le pouvoir législatif, quasi absent dans le pouvoir exécutif. Et celà au niveau national qu’au niveau provincial. Au niveau local, ils ne dirigent aucun territoire, aucun secteur ou chefferie. En quoi peuvent ils être à la base des maux qui hantent le Congo ? Et si ils ne sont pas responsables, pourquoi les haïr ? Comment peuvent-ils attirer la jalousie de leurs compatriotes alors qu’ils n’ont rien ?
Pour quoi tout les groupes Maïmaï rêvent l’expulsion des pauvres banyamulege isolés là dans les montagne et, dans le cas échéant, leur extermination ?
Pourquoi et comment seulement 40 bergers, derrière les vaches au Bandundu à la recherche du marché, peuvent alerter et encombrer les esprits de toute une nation qui se dit civilisée ?
Pourquoi seuls les tutsi ne sont pas libres de circuler dans tous les coins du Congo pour y faire du business ?

Les réponses à toutes ces questions m’echapent. Je serais heureux de rencontrer l’un des plus haineux de tous les congolais pour qu’ils me disent pourquoi ils haissent les tutsi.

Chers compatriotes congolais bantus, les tutsi sont vos freres congolais. Ils sont une minaurité qui n’a rien et qui ne compte que sur votre protection. Vous feriez mieux de les aimer et de vivre en harmonie avec eux.
Ne croyez pas à l’adage selon laquelle _”le malheur des uns est le bonheur des autres”_. La nation congolaise est une et indivisible. Le malheur des uns sera nécessairement le malheur des autres. Si vous tendez un piège, nous allons y tomber tous. Si vous préparez une fosse au lions, nous y serons jetés tous.
Donc, vous avez intérêt à donner la paix aux tutsi, car c’est ça votre paix et votre bonheur.

Pour conclure, nous faisons appelle:

1. Au gouvernement congolais et à la communauté internationale de mettre en place les mécanismes de protection du peuple tutsi congolais, avant que le pire ne tombe.
Les messages et les déclarations qui circulent dans les réseaux sociaux font état d’une haine paroxystique. J’ose croire que l’idéologie du génocide qui se dit au Rwanda, voisin, aurait été importée ici chez-nous.

2. A l’église catholique, et plus particulièrement à la CENCO, impliquée dans le rétablissement de la démocratie, nous leur demandons de denoncer le langage incendieur et divisioniste de leur confrère, Mgr Timothée Bodika, Évêque de Kikwit.

2. A tous les congolais bantus qui ont encore de l’humanité. Bien que j’ai semblé généraliser dans mon exposé, je sait que vous y êtes et que vous êtes majoritaire. Nous vous prions de ne pas vous taire devant cette situation où certains de nos frères semblent concevoir des projets macabres contre nos compatriotes tutsi.
